Executive Recruiter

Allied Resources Technical Consultants (ARTC), a division of Allied Resources Group, is seeking a high-performing Executive Recruiter to join our expanding Direct-Placement vertical. This vertical focuses exclusively on full-time, leadership-level hiring across our core industries—engineering, energy, utilities, infrastructure, IT, life sciences, and construction.


As an Executive Recruiter within this specialized vertical, you will drive deep market penetration, cultivate strategic client relationships, and deliver exceptional executive talent solutions. You’ll operate as a consultative partner for organizations seeking high-impact leaders, while shaping and scaling a key growth engine of ARTC.


A day in the life:


Direct-Placement Vertical Leadership

  • Serve as a core recruiter within ARTC’s Direct-Placement vertical, supporting full-time leadership and executive search needs across targeted industries.
  • Partner with vertical leadership to develop go-to-market strategies, niche talent pipelines, and client-specific direct-hire recruitment models.
  • Influence the growth, positioning, and long-term strategy of the direct-placement division through market feedback, performance insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Maintain deep understanding of compensation trends, leadership hiring practices, and long-term talent planning specific to direct-hire placements.

Client & Business Development

  • Build, manage, and expand strong client relationships, particularly those requiring full-time executive and management-level placements.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned industries and secure new direct-placement search engagements.
  • Create tailored recruitment strategies aligned with each client’s organizational structure and leadership needs.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience to promote repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Executive Talent Acquisition

  • Source, engage, and assess high-caliber candidates for leadership and executive roles within your vertical.
  • Conduct structured interviews, competency assessments, and cultural-fit evaluations.
  • Present polished candidate summaries, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Guide and support candidates throughout the direct-hire process, ensuring a professional and positive experience.

Offer Management & Placement

  • Lead salary, bonus, relocation, and equity negotiations between clients and candidates.
  • Help structure competitive and compelling executive compensation packages.
  • Facilitate smooth transitions from offer acceptance through new-hire onboarding.


The wish list:

  • 5+ years of experience in executive search, agency recruiting, or direct-placement work, with proven success filling leadership-level roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand complex organizations, departmental structures, and leadership competencies.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, ATS tools, and modern sourcing technologies.
