Position Summary
We are seeking a Mid-Level UX/UI Designer with exceptional talent, creativity, and product-thinking ability. This role is ideal for someone who can combine clean, modern UI with strategic UX — a designer who moves quickly, understands product direction, and contributes fresh ideas to design systems and user flows.
You will design for both mobile and web platforms, create responsive layouts across devices, and work closely with cross-functional teams to transform written or verbal product vision into intuitive, polished user experiences. The right candidate brings energy, forward-thinking design, and a strong eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-quality UX/UI designs for both mobile and web platforms.
- Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and production-ready UI.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems using Figma components.
- Deliver motion and micro-interactions to enhance user experience (animations, transitions, UI polish).
- Translate product direction — whether verbal or written — into strategic design solutions.
- Produce responsive layouts across device sizes and breakpoints.
- Contribute ideas that push the visual and experience quality of the product forward.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure UX consistency across the platform.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, auto-layout, variants, and rapid prototyping.
- Experience designing both mobile apps and web applications.
- Skill in motion design, micro-interactions, and UI animation.
- Ability to create fast, strategic wireframes and iterate quickly.
- Proven experience designing responsive interfaces for multiple viewports.
- Product-minded approach with strong aesthetic judgment and user-centric thinking.
- Experience designing admin or staff dashboards, multi-user systems, live data interfaces, or organizational management tools is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, remote-first environment.
