AI Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a forward-thinking Graphic Designer who’s fluent in AI tools and passionate about pushing creative boundaries. This role blends design craft with innovation — from shaping a brand’s visual identity to producing AI-generated video and motion assets that stop the scroll.

You’ll concept, design, and produce original visuals across digital, social, and experiential platforms, leveraging AI technologies to accelerate creative workflows and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Concept & Design: Develop high-impact visual assets (graphics, layouts, and motion) that reflect brand identity across campaigns and platforms.
  • AI-Driven Video Creation: Use generative AI tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Synthesia, Kaiber) to storyboard, create, and edit short-form brand videos and motion pieces.
  • Brand Storytelling: Translate brand values and tone into dynamic visual narratives that resonate across social media, digital campaigns, and experiential activations.
  • Creative Experimentation: Stay at the forefront of design and AI innovation — exploring tools like Midjourney, D-ID, or Stable Video Diffusion to enhance creative expression.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with creative directors, strategists, and copywriters to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Workflow Optimization: Integrate AI and automation tools into the creative process to speed up asset production without compromising quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, motion design, or related creative roles.
  • Proven ability to create brand-driven visual content — from static design to short-form video.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Strong familiarity with AI design and video tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Pika, Leonardo.ai, Sora, Synthesia).
  • Understanding of visual storytelling for digital and social-first brands.
  • Ability to move fluidly between concepting, design execution, and AI-assisted production.
  • Curiosity and a test-and-learn mindset around emerging creative technologies.
