We are seeking a skilled and solutions-driven Network Engineer to support, maintain, and improve our network infrastructure in a fully remote environment. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about network reliability, troubleshooting, and ensuring secure and efficient connectivity across distributed systems.
🎯 Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, and monitor network hardware and software
- Troubleshoot network issues and ensure high availability
- Manage firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and security protocols
- Support cloud networking environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Implement network upgrades, patches, and performance optimizations
- Conduct network audits and ensure compliance with security standards
- Document configurations, processes, and network diagrams
- Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams to deliver stable solutions
- 2–5 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, routing, switching)
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Ubiquiti, or other enterprise solutions
- Understanding of network security best practices
- Familiarity with cloud networking tools and architectures
- Certifications (CCNA, CCNP, Network+) are a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Based in Australia with the legal right to work
