Digital Learning Experience Architect/ Designer (f/m/x)
Your responsibilities
As a Digital Learning Experience Architect / Designer (f/m/x), you will play a key role in shaping the future of how learning happens in our global organization. While content creation is part of the bigger picture, your true strength lies in designing smart learning architectures and experiences that make learning truly adaptive, engaging, and effective. Working hand-in-hand with our experts, you’ll create the systems and pathways that enable personalized, data-driven learning at scale.
In this senior role, you will take responsibility for:
- Architecting digital adaptive learning experiences that are tailored to individual learning needs and behaviors of diverse target audiences, using tools such as pre-assessments, learner profiling, and smart learning paths
- Designing data-driven, engaging learning experiences by integrating blended, micro, and social formats with platform capabilities, AI, and automation – embedding feedback loops and analytics throughout the learner journey to enable measurable impact, continuous improvement, and actionable insights
- Consulting, coaching and collaborating with subject matter experts, platform specialists, and digital training learning partners worldwide – providing strategic guidance and sparring to develop impactful learning experiences and to shape the future of training in the business
- Being a thought leader and innovation driver for emerging trends in digital learning, AI-driven training, and learning experience design – pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in corporate learning
Your profile
You are a great fit if you bring a passion for digital learning, a hands-on attitude, and the experience to turn ideas into impactful learning experiences. Ideally, you have:
- Proven senior-level experience in learning experience design, digital instructional design, and adaptive learning strategies
- A strong conceptual understanding of adaptive learning, blended learning models, microlearning, and automated training pathways
- Deep expertise in UX principles, cognitive psychology, and didactics, enabling the design of meaningful, engaging, and targeted learning journeys
- Demonstrated success in consulting, advising, and enabling others – ideally in an international, business-driven learning context
- Proficiency in translating data insights into concrete learning architecture and improvement loops
- A hands-on, proactive mindset with the ability to work independently while engaging closely with a diverse, international team
- Natural curiosity for technology, innovation, and how to apply them meaningfully in learning ecosystems
Location
In October 2025, we will be moving to the newly built "New-Work-Campus FLOW" in Hamburg-Eppendorf. Until then, the workplace for this position will be in Norderstedt.
