The Role
We’re hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead our recruitment team, build scalable systems, and drive hiring outcomes across the company.
This isn’t just about filling roles. You’ll manage a team of recruiters, improve performance, build recruiting strategies, and make sure the right people are hired—fast, consistently, and at scale.
You’ll work closely with leadership to forecast hiring needs, optimize processes, implement KPIs, and ensure every candidate experience reflects our standards and values.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of recruiters across multiple time zones
- Own recruiting performance—time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, pipeline health, and team productivity
- Build and refine recruiting systems, scorecards, interview flows, and sourcing strategies
- Partner with leadership to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting priorities accordingly
- Implement KPIs, dashboards, and weekly performance reviews for the recruiting team
- Ensure strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and headhunting initiatives
- Oversee candidate experience—from first touch to offer acceptance and handoff to onboarding
- Improve tools, automation, and workflows to make recruiting faster and more accurate
- Handle escalation points—difficult roles, candidate issues, or team underperformance
- Collaborate with marketing to build employer brand assets and campaigns

Requirements
- 2+ years managing a team of recruiters (agency or in-house)
- Proven success hiring at volume and improving recruiting systems
- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, sourcing strategies, and hiring funnels
- Experience building scorecards, interview structures, and hiring workflows
- Comfortable with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, KPI dashboards, etc.)
- Experience in high-growth, remote, or startup environments preferred
- Legal industry or offshore staffing experience is a plus, not required
