- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

- Experience with change control processes in regulated environments (e.g., HIPAA, GxP)
- Demonstrated experience with REMS (Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies)
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Project Manager certification (PMP, PMI-ACP)
- Experience using Planview or other Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
- Knowledge of cloud integration patterns and data governance
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, TestRail, and CI/CD
- Validated experience leading complex IT and business transformation projects
