Experience Level: 7–12 yrs
Location: Remote, any city in India
Must Haves: skills for the Team Lead:
- At least a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team
- Have led project teams in the past under extremely fast paced development
- Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Proactive communication with objective approach towards project deliverables
- Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining.
- Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production.
- Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP.
- Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus.
- Familiarity with text processing.
- Understanding of good software development practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
- A modular, AI-enabled platform supporting end-to-end document and data workflows.
- Streamlines ingestion, extraction, and validation of fund and asset-level documents
