As our Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting marketing decisions through data-driven insights. Your main responsibilities will be Geo-Lift experiments, improvement of Media Mix Modelling project, R&D of new statistical instruments as well as A/B-tests and researches of marketing hypothesis.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct researches, quasi- and controlled experiments, interpret and present results
- Improvement of ML model (Marketing Media Mix), feature engineering
- Various types of modelling: simulations and predictive
- Explore and implement new statistical methods and tools
- Develop and maintain data marts, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools for marketing team
- Ad-hoc analysis
You could be a great fit for this position If you have:
- Deep knowledge of mathematical statistics, probability theory and time-series analysis
- Have the ability to identify patterns in data and develop high-quality hypotheses.
- Have a deep knowledge and “hands-on” experience of classical statistics hypotheses testing using Frequentist or Bayesian statistical approaches as well as time-series analysis methods and quasi-experiments
- Have a production experience with Machine Learning (Media Mix Models or regression models) and an extensive experience with feature-engineering
- Ideal candidate has also worked with marketing user acquisition data in gamedev
- Skilled user of SQL, Python and libraries for data analysis such as Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Statsmodels, and ideally also of Tableau and ClickHouse.
- Practical experience of researching statistical methods: from hypothesis to implementation in decision-making process
- English B1 or higher, with a goal to reach C1 within one year.
