The Role
We’re looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure that powers our global gaming products.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and evolve AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform/Terragrunt (IaC)
- Operate and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters across production and non-production environments
- Implement and maintain GitOps workflows with GitLab CI/CD and FluxCD/ArgoCD
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance delivery pipelines and developer experience
- Ensure security and compliance via IAM policy management, backup processes, and ISO27001 support
- Automate repetitive tasks to drive reliability, scalability, and efficiency

What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Cloud Engineer
- Hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes operations
- Proficiency with Terraform/Terragrunt or similar Infrastructure as Code frameworks
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD and GitOps tools (FluxCD, ArgoCD)
- Familiarity with observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenSearch)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset
Nice to Have:
- Experience managing multi-account AWS Organizations
- Exposure to iGaming or other high-load, high-availability systems
- Knowledge of modern GitOps patterns and best practices
