Job Description
Join the team of the largest Testing Services Center in Poland, created by testers for testers, in a company regularly awarded with Great Place to Work awards. We offer interesting projects and constant access to knowledge thanks to the training platform, webinars, and exchange of experiences within our Community, as well as development under the supervision of mentors. We are currently looking for a Performance Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in performance testing methodologies, coupled with a solid technical foundation and an analytical mindset. Your tasks
- Creating Innovative Next-Generation Performance Tests
- Planning and implementing tests
- Building a performance testing environment
- Preparing scripts using chosen tools, such as JMeter, Locust, Gatling, NeoLoad, and LoadRunner
- Collecting results with the use of APM Tools
- Building automated analysis mechanisms
- Conducting the full automation process using CI/CD tools, APM tools, Performance Testing tools, and automated analysis
- Participating in demanding projects for clients from various sectors
- Proposing performance indicators
- Performing root cause analysis of performance problems
- At least 4 years of experience in automated testing, at least 1 year of performance testing
- Good knowledge of one or more programming languages: JavaScript, Python, Scala or C#
- Proficiency with Version Control Systems such as Git or SVN
- Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), API technology, and JSON structure
- Linux and Windows performance tuning experience
- Experience with Continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins)
- Ability to design and implement efficient tests
- Solid understanding of the performance testing methodology and tools
- Sharp, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Very good command of English for effective communication and documentation
