Our client, a SaaS technology company, is seeking a Compensation Manager who will play a key role in supporting international compensation structures and partnering with recruiting teams to ensure competitive and accurate compensation data.
This role is fully remote and has an expected duration of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Establish compensation bands and equity ranges for global roles.
- Support Radford-based compensation leveling for employees across multiple countries.
- Partner with recruiting teams to provide accurate compensation data for new requisitions.
- Assist with international benefits renewals and leave processes.
- Collaborate on stock administration tasks, including grant tracking and board reporting.
- 5+ years of experience as a Compensation Manager.
- Expertise in Radford for compensation leveling.
