Position Overview:

This role is a cornerstone of our integrated machine learning software solution, responsible for helping to build solutions that tackle some of the most complex challenges businesses face today. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will serve as both architect and developer of the core models that drive our products. You’ll be a key contributor to the overall product architecture and codebase, ensuring that machine learning capabilities are seamlessly embedded into our software ecosystem.

You will create and deploy production-grade ML models of all kinds within our cloud-based ML pipeline. Within the Data Science sub-pillar of our Analytics Department, working closely with Analysts, Data Engineers, ML Operations engineers, and other Data Scientists, you’ll help design and build scalable, reliable, and high-performance models that connect into a network of other solutions. Your work will directly shape the intelligence layer of our software solutions and play a pivotal role in advancing our integrated platform.

What You’ll Do Here:

  • Develop and implement machine learning models for various purposes, including:
  • Marketing and Media Mix.
  • Performance Forecasting.
  • Price Elasticity.
  • Competitive Pricing.
  • Merchandising Optimization.
  • Audience Segmentation.
  • Lift Studies.
  • Mentor junior data scientists and guide cross-functional teams in leveraging data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with product leads, MLOps Engineers, other Data Scientists, and other engineering teams to build enterprise data science solutions.
  • Ability to translate complex data science concepts into working and scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and post-launch analysis
  • Stay at the forefront of advancements in machine learning and data science, particularly in marketing applications, and lead the implementation of cutting-edge solutions
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in data science across the organization

Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's or Ph.D. preferred in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python, with extensive experience using machine learning libraries.
  • Deep expertise in advanced modeling algorithms including hierarchical bayesian modeling, time series forecasting, multivariate regression, causal inference and incrementality for lift studies.
  • Deep expertise in ML and predictive modeling algorithms including gradient boosted ensembles, neural architectures, hyperparameter optimization, clustering and segmentation, dimensionality reduction, recommender systems.
  • Strong experience with SQL and database management, including working with large-scale datasets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, occasionally directly with clients.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

  • A detail-oriented mindset, focused on driving results.

What we consider as a plus:

  • 5+ years of experience in applied data science, with at least 2 years focused on marketing analytics or related fields.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), experience with AWS SageMaker recommended.
  • Proven track record of leading successful data science projects in a marketing, digital agency, or related environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of MLOps practices and experience leading the implementation of MLOps workflows.
  • Experience working in MLOps framework and ability to contribute to the pipeline and collaborate closely with MLOps Engineers.
  • Experience with AI and agentic systems is a plus.
