Job Description

I’m exclusively partnered with a fast-growing and genuinely innovative cybersecurity company that’s pushing the boundaries in its field. They’re currently looking to add two security-focused professionals to their expanding team, offering a rare opportunity to work on cutting-edge challenges in a forward-thinking environment.

Experience in hardware-focused and physical security environments – I'm particularly interested in candidates who have operated in settings where security extends beyond software, such as environments involving hardware integrations, on-premise infrastructure, or physical access controls. If you've worked in sectors like critical infrastructure, data centres, manufacturing, or IoT, this experience is highly valuable.

Proven ability to build security tooling from the ground up – If you’ve designed and developed custom security tools to solve complex challenges—whether for detection, automation, monitoring, or response—we want to hear about it. Please include specific examples of tools you've built or led the development of when applying, as this is a key area of focus for the role.

I'm seeking individuals with a strong foundation in reverse engineering or low-level software development (C/C++, Rust, Go), paired with a curious, methodical mindset and the ability to clearly document and communicate technical findings.

You should bring at least one of the following specialised strengths:

  • Deep experience in reverse engineering complex, undocumented systems
  • A sharp eye for discovering security weaknesses and assessing risk
  • The ability to simplify and explain technical concepts to varied audiences
  • Experience applying security standards and regulations to real-world systems
  • Confidence in sharing technical knowledge through writing or public speaking
  • Advanced hands-on skills like Linux internals, big-data tooling, or binary protocol work

Package:

  • Base: €4,250 - €5,000 p/m gross
  • Bonus
  • Hybrid: minimum 1 day a week on-site
  • Visa sponsorship is available here for the right candidate

If this sounds like you or someone you know, I encourage you to apply today!
