Position
We're currently looking for a candidate for our client in the pharma industry. Work Model: 100% remote from POLAND
Salary offered
- up to 21 000 PLN gross/month on contract of employment (depending on your professional experience)
- up to 1300 PLN/ MDon B2B contract (depending on your professional experience)
- You have strong practical experience in applying statistical modeling and machine learning to real business problems.
- You are proficient in Exploratory and Confirmatory Data Analysis, Statistics, Probability, and Optimization.
- You are skilled in data analysis, preprocessing, and preparation.
- You bring experience in Time Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, NLP, GenAI, and Deep Learning.
- You have advanced Python skills and experience working with Kedro.
- You have hands-on experience with cloud environments (AWS) and a solid understanding of MLOps/DevOps principles.
- You are familiar with containerization (Docker) and cloud-native Kubernetes services (EKS, GKE, AKS).
- You are comfortable working with CI/CD tools (GitHub, GitLab) and automation practices.
- You have experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK).
- You have strong SQL skills and practical exposure to Data Warehousing (e.g., Snowflake).
- You can design and implement end-to-end data pipelines and architect robust solutions.
- You have experience with visualization tools such as Streamlit, Posit, or Tableau.
- You work effectively in Agile environments (SCRUM, Kanban).
- You communicate clearly, solve problems proactively, and operate comfortably in English at a business level.
- Understanding finance processes is a plus.
- Applying statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to address complex business challenges.
- Conducting exploratory and confirmatory analyses to derive insights and validate hypotheses.
- Preparing, preprocessing, and transforming data for modeling and analytics.
- Developing and maintaining ML models across Time Series, Anomaly Detection, NLP, GenAI, and Deep Learning domains.
- Building reproducible pipelines and modular codebases using Python and Kedro.
- Designing, deploying, and monitoring ML solutions in the cloud (AWS).
- Implementing MLOps/DevOps practices, including CI/CD automation and workflow orchestration.
- Creating containerized applications and managing Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Developing IaC templates with Terraform or other AWS-native tools.
- Designing data architectures, including Data Warehouses and end-to-end pipeline solutions.
- Producing clean, informative visualizations with Streamlit, Posit, or Tableau.
- Collaborating within Agile teams and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes
