Location: Spokane, WA (Relocation Available)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing full lifecycle engineering projects for aseptic filling systems, isolators, lyophilizers, and component prep equipment
  • Overseeing installation, integration, and IQ/OQ/PQ qualification activities
  • Defining technical requirements, reviewing URS/FAT/SAT documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Leading deviation/CAPA efforts related to equipment and processes
  • Supervising and mentoring a team of engineers while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and excellence
  • Managing vendors, contracts, and equipment suppliers to ensure successful project delivery

About You

  • BS in Mechanical, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic processing, isolator technology, and lyophilization
  • Skilled in reading technical documentation (CAD, P&IDs, I&C, controls logic, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication abilities
  • Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH guidelines and ISPE practices
