Job Description


Compensation & Location

  • Location: Onsite in Torrance, CA
  • Pay Range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year + commission and discretionary bonus (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Full-time, permanent
  • Work Type: 100% Onsite

As we expand our team, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Analyst to support recruiting operations, ensure process efficiency, and uphold data integrity across our recruiting systems. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to make an impact in a fast-paced staffing environment.



Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Analyst acts as the operational backbone of Delta’s recruiting organization. Working directly with leadership and recruiters, this role supports day-to-day recruiting coordination, manages data accuracy across systems, assists with analytics and reporting, and ensures smooth communication flow between internal teams, clients, and candidates.



Key Responsibilities

Recruiting Coordination & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date job and candidate records in the ATS (PCR/Bullhorn).
  • Track open and closed roles, ensuring consistency across dashboards and reporting.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate communications between recruiters, clients, and candidates.
  • Conduct initial candidate pre-screens and submit qualified applicants when needed.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics β€” start dates, HR communication, and consultant introductions.
  • Collaborate with payroll to follow up on unsigned or late timesheets.



Reporting & Analytics

  • Build reports tracking recruiter activity, submittals, interviews, and placements.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratios, etc.).
  • Maintain LinkedIn Recruiter analytics dashboards and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly recruiting summaries for leadership.



Consultant Engagement & Retention

  • Maintain consultant rosters with assignment details and anniversaries.
  • Conduct check-ins and milestone acknowledgments to support engagement.
  • Gather consultant feedback and testimonials to improve retention and marketing.



Process & Systems Support

  • Document standard operating procedures for recruiting workflows.
  • Liaise with ATS vendors (PCR/Bullhorn) for troubleshooting and updates.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose automation or workflow improvements.



Communication & Team Support

  • Distribute weekly recruiting reports to recruiters and leadership.
  • Coordinate team meetings, interviews, and onboarding sessions.
  • Manage client feedback records and ensure follow-up completion.



Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–5 years in staffing, recruiting operations, or HR analytics.
  • Systems: Proficiency in PCR or Bullhorn preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Analytical mindset, organized, and proactive in improving processes.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in IT staffing or professional services firms.
