We’re looking for a Business Analyst to work closely with Technical Product Owner teams, owning the development and performance of key functionalities on our Digital Platform. . This role owns the definition and proposal of solutions for particular problems, maximizing the capabilities of the channels team and internal assets.

You will be integrated into one or several development teams, responsible for creating user stories aligned with business product owners, coordinating testing activities, and approving release plans. You ensure compliance with technical quality and performance standards within the IT products you manage.


Important Note:

This position requires relocation to Málaga, Spain. While relocation is being arranged, the selected candidate will work remotely during Spanish working hours (CET). Once in Málaga, the role will be hybrid, combining onsite and remote work days.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead user experience vision and translate it into user stories with optimal UX focus.
  • Translate user stories into detailed technical requirements and tasks for developer squads.
  • Support prioritization of user stories, defect resolution, and ticket management.
  • Manage dependencies within and across IT products.
  • Facilitate acceptance testing and coordinate test activities.
  • Analyze and report delivery progress, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant IT experience.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Strong communication skills and proactive attitude.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps.
  • Ability to analyze and implement technical solutions independently.
