The Frontend Developer is responsible in building and maintaining user interfaces for the company’s document review tools, data verification systems, and public search portals. The role develops responsive and performant web applications that support AI-powered data processing while collaborating with backend developers, QA engineers, UX/UI designers, and U.S. product teams to deliver intuitive and scalable interfaces.
Job Description
• Build responsive web applications using React or Vue.js and develop reusable UI components.
• Create verification tools, public search portals, and mobile-first interfaces with consistent design.
• Ensure UI compatibility across devices and implement accessibility and WCAG standards.
• Integrate REST APIs, manage state (Redux/Vuex/Context), and handle validation, errors, and real-time updates.
• Optimize performance through code splitting, lazy loading, caching, and bundle management.
• Translate UX/UI designs into polished interfaces and improve usability based on feedback.
• Write unit and integration tests, perform cross-browser testing, and resolve UI issues with QA.
• Document components, frontend architecture, and integration points, and provide API feedback to backend teams.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and code reviews.
Required Qualifications
• Experience using React or Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience using modern build tools (Webpack, Vite), CSS preprocessors, and UI frameworks like Material-UI, Ant Design, Tailwind, or Bootstrap.
• Skilled in responsive and mobile-first UI development with REST API integration and state management.
• Perform unit, integration, and cross-browser testing using Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.
• Comfortable using Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows for collaboration.
• Attention to detail with understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability; familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
• Works well in Agile/Scrum environments with strong problem-solving and user-focused mindset.
• Clear and coherent both written and verbal communication skills in English and collaborates effectively with backend, QA, and product teams.
Screening Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years professional frontend development experience.
• Must have stable employment history.
Desired Qualifications
• Experience working with U.S. clients or distributed teams.
• Familiarity with government systems, civic tech, or legal document interfaces.
• Experience with mobile app development (React Native, Flutter).
• Experience with WebSockets, PWAs, or SEO for public portals.
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal portfolio.
