We are seeking an Infrastructure Service Engineer to join our SETC Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SETC) team in Richardson, TX. The program youll support takes great pride in leading the way in defense and aerospace technology cloud infrastructure.

What You Will Do
- Provide direct Engineering support to a large scale on-prem private cloud with datacenters around the world
- Contribute to delivering and maintaining operations/dev/test systems across multiple tenants within our enterprise.
- Work with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers who lead the industry in ground-systems solutions.
- Assist external tenants by resolving issues and guiding them through future environment changes.
- Contribute to system maintenance, installation, and problem resolution.
- Research and resolve system-design issues.
- Translate requirements and design specifications into component design and implementation.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience deploying, configuring, supporting, and/or optimizing servers whose primary functions include storage, networking, and/or computation/processing.
- Experience ona technical team that delivers a product
- Understanding peer review, configuration, and change management processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow (Scrum Master training preferred).
- Experience working within an Agile/SCRUM/DevOps delivery model.
- Knowledge of virtual provisioning of compute, network, storage and various infrastructure services.
