Salary Range: €70,000 - €85,000 (depending on experience)
We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join a growing Managed Services team focused on delivering reliable and secure IT infrastructure solutions. - Ensure smooth operation and optimization of IT infrastructures (Windows, Linux, virtualization)
- Provide 3rd-Level support for critical systems and troubleshoot complex issues
- Manage and maintain database environments (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Automate recurring tasks using Bash, PowerShell, Ansible or similar tools
- Monitor system performance and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to improve service delivery
- Participate in project coordination and contribute to process improvements
- Completed IT-related education or equivalent experience
- Strong expertise in Windows/Linux server environments, virtualization, and databases
- Familiarity with Active Directory and basic cloud technologies (Azure, M365)
- Experience with monitoring and ticketing systems
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Language skills: Fluent in German and English
