Job Description
A rare opportunity for a world-class Senior Engineer (up to CTO level) to join a high-performance organisation with exceptional funding dedicated to accelerating the TON ecosystem.
You’ll work at the intersection of advanced engineering, product development, ecosystem partnerships, and mission-critical delivery.

A globally distributed technical organisation operating as a major development fund for the wider Telegram/TON ecosystem.
They acquire and scale profitable businesses, support ecosystem projects, and partner with leading Web2 and Web3 companies transitioning into TON.
The company is extremely well-funded, moves fast, operates with military-style precision, and maintains an elite engineering culture where ownership, speed, and technical excellence are mandatory.
The Role
An experienced senior-level Engineer capable of solving complex problems across unfamiliar environments, building and deploying products at speed, and supporting both internal initiatives and ecosystem partners.
You will work across:
- Architecture, system design, and rapid problem-solving
- High-pressure integrations, migrations and scaling initiatives
- Uplifting engineering standards for acquired teams
- Supporting M&A evaluations and ecosystem task forces
- Telegram / TON based tooling (Mini-Apps, Bots, APIs)
- Multi-project ownership with redundancy engineering capability
- End-to-end delivery on mission-critical programmes
Tech Stack:
- TypeScript, Go, Rust, Python, C++.
- FunC, Tact, TVM, TL-B
- Exp in the TON ecosystem; Telegram APIs, Mini-Apps, Wallets and bots.
Ideal Background:
- Senior, Lead or Principal-level engineer
- Demonstrable ability to deliver end-to-end systems
- Comfortable learning new tech rapidly
- Critical thinker who operates independently
- Experience in high-pressure or mission-critical environments
- Background in gov/defence/regulated firms or elite engineering teams highly valued
- Strong GitHub or demonstrable outputs (no theory-only profiles)

Compensation
Top-of-market global package. Attractive base salary with performance bonuses and RSUs.
- Total compensation can reach $500k–$1m+ for world-class engineers.
