Work you'll do
- Architect and implement end-to-end agentic systems that combine LLMs, multi-agent orchestration, enterprise data pipelines, and business applications - delivering production-grade reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Engineer core solution components directly, including data integration layers, retrieval and knowledge services, agent orchestration logic, and guardrails for safety, compliance, and resiliency.
- Bring the Convergence Architecture to life - weaving together data, knowledge, models, guardrails, infra, and functional workflows into unified solutions that operate seamlessly in enterprise contexts.
- Design and build for enterprise-grade operations, embedding observability, monitoring, cost management, and lifecycle tooling to ensure deployed AI systems are sustainable and trustworthy in mission-critical environments.
- Balance architecture with execution, setting solution direction while building and owning key elements - particularly those that define scalability, robustness, and enterprise readiness.
- Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, advancing frameworks for planning, memory, and multi-agent collaboration, and institutionalizing best practices into reusable architectures.
- Collaborate across functional and technical stakeholders, translating complex business challenges into AI-native solution designs that deliver measurable and durable impact.
A Specialist Leader contributes to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including:
- Engagement Management/Delivery: Bring the breadth and depth of Deloitte's capabilities and talent to deliver technical solutions which allow clients to achieve their business strategy. Present technical solution alternatives and recommendations aligned with the client's business and technology objectives. Participate in project estimating, planning, contracting and staffing activities. Manage technical and/or functional teams to design, build, test and implement solutions. Anticipate, raise, and resolve issues which pose risk to the project. Monitor progress and quality. Track and report status.
- Client Management: Advise client business and technology leaders. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
- Business Development: Participate in sales pursuits as a pursuit lead or subject matter advisor. Participate in the oral presentation of the proposal to highlight relevant experiences that position Deloitte as the preferred supplier. Develop and maintain relationships with top decision makers at clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to help grow the account.
- Eminence: Lead go-to-market and internal initiatives which drive growth of the practice, drive efficiency and profitability, improve quality, and increase the knowledge of our staff. Author or co-author articles, whitepapers, or presentations. Speak at conferences, universities, or other forums to promote Deloitte's brand.
- People Development: Perform role of mentor and coach to help others achieve their career objectives. Actively participate in community, recruiting and onboarding activities. Develop staffing plans and screen candidates for positions on projects. Provide leadership and support for staff on projects and in local offices. Perform regular check-ins with team members and people for which you coach as a part of the performance management process.

Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI, Agentic AI or multi-agent systems
- 5+ years of hands-on experience building AI/ML solutions using Python
- 2+ years of direct experience developing agentic AI systems , including agent orchestration, tool integration, and autonomous decision-making workflows ( ie: LangChain; Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Strands; CrewAI. LangGraph )
Azure : AI Foundry (design, deployment, orchestration of AI/agentic applications); OpenAI Service (LLM integration for reasoning, planning, and tool use); Cognitive Search & Vector DBs (retrieval, memory, context for agents); Cognitive Services (vision, speech, and language APIs for agent capabilities); Entra ID & Key Vault (identity, security, compliance for AI workloads);
and/or
AWS : Amazon Bedrock (foundation models, model evaluation, and agent orchestration); Knowledge bases (retrieval, metadata filtering, re-ranking), Guardrails, Prompt Flows, and RAG pipelines for enterprise-grade agentic solutions; Lambda, ECR and EC2 based deployment; Amazon Q Business & Q Developer (enterprise AI assistant and code generation capabilities); Cognito (identity, security, compliance for AI workloads); IAM, Secrets Manager, and KMS;
and/or
GCP : Vertex AI (e.g., Model Garden, Agent Builder, custom training); Gemini API and Google AI Studio; BigQuery (for data processing and analytics); Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and GKE (for agent deployment)
- 4+ years experience leading, managing and delivering complex AI Solutions engagements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
- Prior consulting experience in client-facing delivery roles
- Experience in creating critical collaterals for client workshops and customer interactive sessions
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences
- Demonstrated experience driving both the sales cycle by taking the lead in framing out client opportunities and leading the pursuit team to create the proposal content for client discussions
- Experience building multi-agent systems (task delegation, coordination, and autonomous decision-making)
- Certifications: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert; AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional; Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect
- Experience with LLM prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture
- Experience with MLOps / AIOps (monitoring, governance, lifecycle), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with API design, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
