Are you a senior engineer who thrives on solving complex infrastructure challenges, driving automation, and building reliable, secure platforms?
We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure & Platform Engineer to join our high-performance IT team and play a critical role in shaping our global technical landscape.
As a Tier 3 Engineer, you’ll serve as the highest point of technical escalation across our environment.
This role combines the discipline of DevOps, the security mindset of DevSecOps, and the architectural depth of Enterprise Architecture.
You will design scalable systems, optimize infrastructure, implement automation, lead major incident resolution, and work closely with Tier 1 and Tier 2 to uplift the entire engineering ecosystem.
- Design and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available infrastructure
- Lead root-cause analysis for complex operational issues
- Build automation and Infrastructure-as-Code for provisioning and deployment
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and enforce best practices
- Implement security and compliance controls across environments
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and observability strategies
- Mentor Tier 1 and Tier 2 engineers and support internal knowledge sharing
- Partner with leadership to influence infrastructure strategy and standards
- 5+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Platform Engineering, or Systems Engineering
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Strong automation and IaC skills (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Deep understanding of networking, identity, access control, and security principles
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell)
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead through complexity
