Recruitment Consultant


Wood Recruitment, a well-established recruitment agency with over 30 years of success, is expanding and looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Perth.


We specialise across Administration & Office Support, Accounting & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and Trades, so whether your background is white-collar or blue-collar recruitment, permanent or temporary placements — we’d love to hear from you.


About the Role


As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate management. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building strong relationships, and be motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage client and candidate relationships
  • Proactively source new business opportunities
  • Advertise roles across job boards and social media
  • Screen, interview, and reference candidates
  • Meet achievable KPIs and performance goals
  • Ensure compliance, including Right to Work checks in Australia


About You


  • Minimum 1-2 years’ recruitment experience
  • Experience with Salesforce ATS (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and multi-tasking skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident relationship-builder with a positive, can-do attitude
