Senior C++ Trading Systems Engineer – High-Performance, Low-Latency Environment

C++ (Trading) Engineer- Amsterdam (Hybrid/Salary up to 140k)- Relocation is possible!

We are looking for engineers to join a leading trading organization, building high-performance systems that power every trade, from market connectivity to the platforms driving research, execution, and riskmanagement. The trading and platform teams work closely together to get the most out of their technology. As an engineer, you will work directly on systems that connect their strategies, data flows, and market interfaces. This could mean collaborating with traders, designing algorithms, or building platform components that tie everything together.

The role:

You are a driven C++ engineer who thrives in a high-performance environment and loves making an impact. You take ownership from design to production, collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges. You will build robust systems, work on strategy and pricing improvements, write efficient code, support trading desks, and contribute to an organization where trading goes hand in hand with social impact.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of C++ development experience in performance-critical systems
• Experience with low-latency systems
• Familiarity with Python and Linux
• Strong communication skills
