Role:
We're looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical solutions in a dynamic MSP environment. This role focuses on project-based implementations, including client onboarding, Office 365 setups, server and network deployments, and cloud hosting configurations. You'll be a critical part of our project delivery team, working directly with clients and technical staff to ensure smooth and efficient rollouts.
What You'll Do:
Execute IT projects such as:
- Office 365 setup and migrations
- Server installations (on-premise and cloud-based)
- Network infrastructure setups (firewalls, switches, wireless, etc.)
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and deliver successful projects
- Document procedures, configurations, and outcomes clearly.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in an MSP or IT project-focused environment
- Solid expertise with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and common IT infrastructure
- Expertise with networking concepts and equipment (firewalls, VLANs, VPNs)
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects independently.
Nice to Have:
- Industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco)
- Experience with PSA/RMM tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, N-able, etc.
