Job Description


Product Owner / Manager (Payments) required for a leading FinTech businesses. This is an excellent opportunity for Product Owner / Manager who will become the scrum team’s SME on a core Payment solution


This role can be fully remote from anywhere within Ireland although candidates should be open to visiting the office on an ad-hoc basis for workshops / collaboration etc (no set number of days per week/month)


Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain the product backlog, prioritise work based on internal and external demand
  • Work with Product Management to drive and deliver the launch of new products and services
  • Translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements and user stories
  • Drive collaboration between relevant teams (Commercial, Finance, Engineering and UX)
  • Set and prioritise the work for the agile team and review progress
  • Promote customer if continuous improvement through development of new ideas


Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner / Manager
  • Payments processing industry experience (Payments acquiring, PoS, MOTO etc)
  • Experience working in Agile methodology.
  • Experience translating complex features and deliverables into Epics and User stories
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, collaboration, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
