Are you a passionate BI Engineer / Dashboard & Reporting Developer? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team (100% remote💻 – 📍Must reside in Spain)!

We are looking for a Dashboard & Reporting Developer with strong Python skills to design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting solutions, interactive dashboards, and data processing/automation workflows, ensuring high-quality data availability, meaningful insights, and efficient data pipelines across the organization.

☝Requirements:

• Proven experience in developing dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
• Strong understanding of data modeling (Tabular Models, Star Schema, DAX, SQL).
• Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Pyspark, Scripting, Modular Development).
• Experience building data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (preferably Azure; AWS/GCP also acceptable).
• Experience with Databricks or Spark is a strong plus**.

💠Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of interactive dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or other tools, with clear and business-oriented visualizations.
• Optimization of models and dashboard performance to ensure speed and efficiency.
• Translation of business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
• Ensuring data quality, consistency, and scalability across all reporting assets.
• Development of Python scripts, pipelines, and microservices to automate processes and transform data.
• Construction of ETL/ELT processes and integration of multiple data sources.
• Collaborative work with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Use of platforms such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Storage, and Delta Lake.
• Documentation of dashboards, pipelines, and integrations.
• Contribution to the definition and enforcement of data architecture standards and best practices.

• English / Spanish: C1 (Reading, Writing, Speaking)

• Schedule: Flexible, with Intensive Fridays
