About the Company:

It is an end-to-end customer research platform that uses AI to deliver human insights 10x faster so teams can make smarter decisions in hours, not weeks. It removes the tradeoff between high-quality research and speed, enabling product, marketing, and leadership teams to run deep customer research at startup pace. With a 15-person, low-ego, high-trust team and $18M in funding, it is building a new operating system for customer understanding.


Location: Hybrid NYC

Compensation: $140K - $180K base + competitive equity

Visa Sponsorship: Not available

Experience: 2–5 years in B2B marketing (content and/or events) or ex-consulting



What You'll Do:

  • Own how it shows up in the world through events, content, and thought leadership across key channels.
  • Plan and execute presence at industry conferences, community events, and hosted gatherings.
  • Own the content calendar, including blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn, and customer spotlights, ensuring consistent, high-quality storytelling.
  • Repurpose events and webinars into scalable assets such as recaps, clips, and short-form video.
  • Build tailored collateral for key accounts and equip the go-to-market team with the right materials for every stage of the deal cycle.
  • Partner closely with sales to align marketing efforts with account-specific campaigns and ABM initiatives.
  • Help define and refine overall marketing strategy in a fast-moving startup environment, bringing creativity, scrappiness, and strong ownership.
