Job Description


About the Opportunity:

The organization provides HR compliance training solutions designed for a mobile-first generation, aiming to build safer, more positive, and inclusive workplaces. The Customer Success Manager Lead oversees a team of Customer Success Managers, ensuring customers achieve measurable value, managing daily operations, and refining customer success processes as the team scales.


Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of a Customer Success team of 5–6 CSMs.

• Coach and develop team members on customer success, renewal mechanics, and account management.

• Oversee renewal and expansion opportunities, supporting growth and minimizing churn.

• Manage customer escalations, ensuring quick resolution and positive outcomes.

• Maintain forecasting accuracy and visibility into renewal pipelines and risks.

• Ensure process adoption, operational consistency, and data hygiene within the CRM.

• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to align on customer needs and outcomes.


Requirements:

• Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

• Skilled in renewal and expansion strategy, with knowledge of customer lifecycle management.

• Strong coaching ability, with a focus on actionable feedback.

• Highly organized, disciplined in forecasting and CRM hygiene (HubSpot experience preferred).

• Experience refining processes and adapting to evolving customer success models.

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume environments with pooled or one-to-many customer motions.

• Experience in SaaS customer success, managing similar-sized teams, overseeing renewals, and CRM-based forecasting.


Compensation:

• $108,000 to $147,000
