We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Product Owner with a minimum of 5 years of expertise in enhancing ServiceNow platforms. This role involves guiding the buildout of SPM solutions to align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful implementation of innovative solutions.

- **Product Ownership:**
- β Organize and prioritize the product backlog, refining user stories and acceptance criteria.
- β Enhance Demand, Resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and Waterfall modules.
- β Manage continual improvement around dashboarding and reporting capabilities.
- β Oversee end-to-end delivery of SPM features, from ideation to deployment.
- β Ensure documentation matches the current state of the process and system.
- β Manage testing plan(s) for SPM for bi-annual upgrades.
- β **Stakeholder Collaboration:**
- β Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters to capture requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
- β Conduct product demonstrations for stakeholders and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- β Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow SPM modules, including configuration, workflows, and customizations.
- β Collaborate on technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- β Lead testing efforts, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to ensure quality deliverables.
- β Collaborating with prospective users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements

Product Vision & Roadmap:
- Work with Technical and Business stakeholders to prioritize and maintain a Engineering Mindset product roadmap, ensuring that the OMS evolves to meet the companyβs strategic goals.
- Collaborate with architecture to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring all parties are aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain a well-structured product backlog, ensuring clarity and priority for BOTH technical and business requirements.
- Regularly groom the backlog, adjusting priorities based on business needs and meeting the ARCHITECTURAL and ENGINEERING standards.
- Write clear, concise user stories and acceptance criteria from an ENGINEERING mindset that are understandable by both technical and business audiences.
- Ensure proper documentation of feature requests, system requirements, and workflows to ensure alignment across teams.
- Drive the execution of product features, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery in collaboration with engineering and architectural teams.
- Participate in scaled agile ceremonies and ensure the development process is efficient and transparent. Reviewing Pull Requests and ensuring development standards are met.
- Track product development progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and manage expectations throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Identify and address any issues or roadblocks that arise during development or in the use of the OMS, PROPOSING and implementing solutions as necessary.
- Continuously monitor and assess the performance of the OMS and SUGGEST enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and usability.β
- β Minimum of 5 years working on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- β Strong knowledge of ServiceNow SPM modules, including portfolio management, demand management, and resource management.
- β Proficiency in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC methodologies.
- β Familiarity with Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and data analytics/reporting.
- β **Certifications (Preferred):**
- β Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA).
- β Certified Implementation Specialist β SPM.
- β Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, or Kanban System Design.
