- Collaborating with Resource Coordinators to manage and allocate skilled personnel, aligning workforce capabilities with project needs to ensure successful outcomes.
- Executing or overseeing complex on-site T&C activities, delivering safe, high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Enhancing T&C capabilities across systems, documentation, and processes, championing innovation and standardisation to improve project performance.
- Developing competitive, compliant T&C tender submissions, supporting business growth and alignment with revenue, profitability, and HSEQ targets.
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, building trusted relationships to ensure satisfaction, alignment, and long-term success.
- Identifying and implementing development pathways for internal talent, growing in-house capability and supporting career progression across the T&C discipline.
- Championing lessons learned and risk management practices, continuously improving project execution through knowledge-sharing and robust governance.
