Job Description
We are looking for a strong Android engineer who can also contribute across the stack. The core of this role is Android/Kotlin, but you must also bring 3–4 years of .NET backend experience — or at minimum, solid foundational knowledge with the willingness and ability to quickly level up. Basic experience with React is expected for occasional front-end tasks.
This role is for someone who is genuinely passionate about technology, adaptable, and comfortable switching between mobile, backend, and frontend work when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and maintain Android applications using Kotlin.
- Develop and support .NET backend services, with exposure to Azure-based environments.
- Implement smaller React UI components or fixes when required.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the mobile, backend, and frontend stack.
- Troubleshoot issues across platforms and contribute to architectural discussions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience developing Android apps using Kotlin.
- 3–4 years of .NET backend development
- (or solid foundational knowledge plus a demonstrated willingness to learn fast).
- Basic hands-on experience with React.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, Azure services, debugging, and version control (Git).
- Passion for learning and the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, or CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cross-platform concepts.
- Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
Interview Process
- Step 1: 30-minute Technical Screen
- Android fundamentals, Kotlin, .NET concepts, and basic React evaluation.
- Step 2: Final Interview
- Full-stack problem solving, architectural thinking, adaptability, and growth mindset assessment.
