Role Description
This is a remote role for an IT Infrastructure Management Support professional. The role involves managing and maintaining IT infrastructure systems, ensuring optimal performance, and providing troubleshooting and technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include overseeing system updates, managing security protocols, and ensuring overall system reliability and efficiency.
Scope of Work
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our core IT ecosystem, which includes:
πΉ Microsoft 365 Cloud Directory (users, access, security policies, device mgmt.)
πΉ AWS Cloud Servers (data storage, backups, server health, monitoring)
πΉ End-user support for ~70 employees (basic troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding)
πΉ Email, identity, MFA, device security & patching
πΉ Network, VPN, and firewall configuration oversight
πΉ Regular IT hygiene + compliance checks
πΉ Incident & ticket management with SLAs
