  • Handle troubleshooting for hardware, software, connectivity, and user issues
  • Ensure backup and disaster recovery solutions across systems
  • Coordinate installation, upgrades, and preventive maintenance for local systems
  • Maintain local IT inventory, documentation, and follow group standards

  • Support regional budget planning and vendor management alongside regional management
  • Provide regional reporting, visibility, and input into infrastructure roadmaps

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years in IT infrastructure / systems / network support roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with office/site networks (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routing, switching)
  • Windows and/or Linux admin skills; comfortable with endpoints and user support
  • Experience supporting multi-site environments or regional operations
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership end-to-end
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to process efficiency and performance improvements
  • Great communication skills: you can talk to both non-technical users and technical peers

What we offer:

  • Full relocation support
  • Housing allowance and bi-annual flights back to home country
  • Annual performance bonus and generous referral program
  • Health insurance for you & your family
  • The chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment
  • Collaborative culture with autonomy to take initiative and lead improvements

Position is open to all nationals.
