Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with strong technical acumen, leadership qualities, and hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and deploying scalable applications.
This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned professionals who are looking for long-term consulting engagements with high-impact projects across diverse industries such as finance, healthcare, telecom, and retail.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend systems using Python
Lead end-to-end application development using frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Define technical standards, review code, and mentor junior developers on the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams — DevOps, QA, and DataEngineering — to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architectures to support scalable solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience in Python development, with strong software design and architecture skills.
Deep expertise in Django, Flask, or FastAPI frameworks
Strong understanding of microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native applications ( AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with SQL/ NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in client-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating AI/ ML models, data pipelines, or ETL frameworks.
Familiarity with frontend integration using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Exposure to agile methodologies and enterprise-level software delivery.
