Our ecosystem spans Salesforce-native apps, cloud-based LLM hosting, and a WordPress-powered digital presence. We are seeking a WordPress Developer with strong expertise in building and managing WordPress-based web applications. Experience with other technologies such as Salesforce (LWC/Aura), ASP.NET, Java/JSP, or modern cloud tools is a valuable plus but not essential. The role also involves contributing to the development of our next-generation ML/LLM hosting platform, creating integrated web solutions that support AI-driven products and client-facing applications.

We need a WordPress Developer who can lead the front-end development using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, LWC, and WordPress. Experience with back-end frameworks like FastAPI, Node.js, .NET, or JSP is a valuable plus but not essential.

We are developing a very advanced Application/Product that includes an Artificial Intelligence App including LLM hosted services, products like Uber, SMS/WhatsApp Messaging App, Fundraising & Payment App, etc.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance WordPress websites and web applications.

• Improving the overall performance of our WordPress website.
• Handling the backend of the website, including database and server integration.

· Customize and extend existing themes and plugins or develop new ones from scratch as required.

· Ensure cross-browser, mobile, and accessibility compliance across all web solutions.

· Optimize sites for speed, scalability, SEO, and security using best practices and modern tools.

· Manage content structures, user roles, and permissions within WordPress.

· Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams and designers to translate UI/UX mockups into functional user-centric WordPress pages and components.

• Working with Figma (including “Dev Mode”) to translate designs that meet the user’s needs and stakeholder constructed acceptance criteria

· Support headless WordPress implementations where React/Next.js front-ends consume WordPress data.

• Optimising the structure and display of existing and new information on our website.
• Ensuring high-performance and managing all the technical aspects of the CMS
• Maintain well-documented and reusable code.

· Contribute to the next-generation ML/LLM hosting project by developing client-facing web interfaces and integrating API-based components as part of the broader platform.

· Develop, test, and maintain web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.

· Maintain, customize, and optimize our WordPress website (themes, plugins, performance, SEO, security).

· Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including daily scrum, design, implementation, and deployment.

· Ensure Site and CMS performance, uptime, and scale, and maintain high standards for code quality and application design.

· Considered an advantage but not mandatory, with additional exposure to Salesforce UI (LWC, Aura), ASP.NET & C#, or Java/JSP web apps.

· Build admin dashboards with React/Next.js + Tailwind (like billing, analytics, usage).

· Implement features: usage graphs, billing spend, credit balance, API key management.

· Design UI for model browsers, playgrounds, and plan upgrades.

· Develop REST/GraphQL APIs for billing, plans, user accounts, and model inference.

· Build a documentation portal with structured navigation, search, and developer guides.

· Develop full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.

· Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.

· Manage relational and non-relational databases, ensuring data integrity and security. Manage relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

· Implement responsive and cross-browser compatible user interfaces.

· Deploy and maintain applications in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).

· Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to architectural decisions.

· Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility of all web assets. Ensure responsive, cross-browser, and mobile-friendly UI.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

· Experience with WordPress plugin/theme customization and site optimization.

· Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

· Strong proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular/Vue.

· Solid back-end development skills with PHP (WordPress), valuable plus but not essential Node.js, FastAPI, Python, ASP.NET (C#), Java/JSP, Salesforce LWC.

· Valuable plus but not essential experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.

· Proficiency in database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

· Familiarity with version control (e.g., Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket).

· Knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps

· Understanding of cloud infrastructure: AWS, Azure, GCP including Docker / Kubernetes.

· Proficiency in Git-based version control.

· Understanding of DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud hosting.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

· Experience with microservices architecture.

· Knowledge of TypeScript.

· Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress).

· Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

· Understanding of security best practices in web development.
