About The Role
We are seeking a highly driven Affiliation Manager to lead, grow, and optimize the affiliation channel for our flagship AI subscription product. This role is ideal for a proactive, relationship focused professional who understands performance driven marketing and has hands-on experience working with AI products or tech driven platforms.
You will be fully responsible for managing and expanding our affiliate network, identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and continuously improving the channel's performance to drive high quality subscriptions.
What You'll Do
Channel Leadership & Strategy
- Own the entire affiliation channel for our main AI project
- Define, implement, and execute a scalable affiliate strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Research and identify new affiliate opportunities, platforms, and verticals to expand reach
- Manage relationships with new and existing affiliates, influencers, and partners
- Handle the full communication cycle: outreach, onboarding, negotiation, and ongoing support
- Maintain an active pipeline of potential partners and continuously nurture high-value relationships
- Monitor affiliate performance, ensuring partners bring high-quality leads and subscriptions
- Prepare periodic performance reports and insights for internal teams
- Optimize campaigns, creatives, and offers to increase conversion rates and channel ROI
- Coordinate with marketing, product, content, and analytics teams to support affiliate needs and ensure alignment
- Work closely with leadership to propose new initiatives, promotions, or channels that deliver revenue growth
- Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all affiliate assets
Must-Have
- 5+ years of proven experience managing affiliation/partnership programs
- Demonstrated experience working with AI products, AI tools, or tech-driven digital services
- Strong negotiation skills and a solid track record of building profitable partner relationships
- Excellent written communication skills (email outreach, partner communication, documentation)
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple affiliates and projects simultaneously
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models
- Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and performance marketing tools
- Understanding of funnel optimization and CRO principles
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with KPIs and performance data
