Job Description
A fast-growing fintech platform with a huge, highly active user base is expanding its Platform Engineering team. We’re looking for engineers with strong software fundamentals who enjoy solving deep technical challenges in reliability, performance, and developer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design and evolve core systems with massive throughput, strict latency, and high availability requirements.
- Build self-service tooling and platform foundations that empower product teams to ship safely and autonomously.
- Automate infrastructure end-to-end using Terraform and cloud-native tooling.
- Improve deployments, runtime environments, and observability across all services.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, share knowledge, and help elevate engineering standards.
Tech Environment
Python, Kotlin, Golang • Kubernetes • Terraform • Modern cloud-native architecture • Strong distributed systems, networking, and systems design fundamentals are key.
Who You Are
- Software Engineer excited to move into Platform, or Platform/DevOps Engineer with a strong software background.
- Comfortable owning complex problems from design to operation.
- Collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate about learning and helping others succeed.
