  • Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain blockchain issuance systems supporting tokenized assets across multiple chains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, technical requirements, and integration strategies.
  • Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of blockchain services through best practices in software design, testing, and deployment.
  • Optimize existing infrastructure for improved performance, reduced latency, and operational efficiency.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and code review feedback to junior engineers.
  • Participate in architectural discussions, technical decision-making, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated on emerging blockchain and distributed systems technologies to drive innovation.
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language: Golang or Java preferred; Kotlin, Rust, Python, or C++ also valued.
  • Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed system design.
  • Experience building and maintaining cloud-native services using tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, and AWS.
  • Solid debugging and problem-solving skills in production environments.
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
  • Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems or trading infrastructure is a plus.
