Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with a proven background in enterprise-level software development. The ideal candidate must have a strong core Java foundation, extensive MNC experience in India, and hands-on expertise in modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular. This role requires the ability to architect, design, and deliver high-performance distributed systems, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and develop scalable Java-based applications and microservices.
- Lead end-to-end module development using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
- Develop responsive UI applications using React or Angular.
- Work with product, DevOps, and QA teams in an Agile/Scrum setting.
- Optimize application performance and enforce clean coding practices.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Support cloud-native development and CI/CD pipeline improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with high urgency.
Required Technical Skills
- Core Java, Collections, Multithreading, OOP principles
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Cloud
- RESTful & SOAP Web Services
- Microservices architecture, domain-driven design, design patterns
- React or Angular (4–6+ years professional experience)
- JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
- RDBMS & SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
- NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Cassandra)
- Hibernate/JPA
- Kafka, RabbitMQ, JMS (Messaging systems)
- Redis, Hazelcast (Caching frameworks)
- Cloud experience:
- AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, EKS/ECS, API Gateway, IAM, RDS)
- DevOps & Automation:
- Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, SonarQube
- Testing:
- JUnit, Mockito, Selenium, Cypress
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, secure coding, performance tuning.
Preferred Skills
- GraphQL, WebSockets, Micro-frontend architecture
- Big Data exposure: Spark, Hadoop
- Domain experience in BFSI, Telecom, Retail, or Healthcare
- Prior long-term roles with reputable MNCs in India.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
Work Authorization & Location Preference
- Only H4 EAD, L2S, GC EAD, USC eligible.
- OPT allowed only if experience is 10+ years genuine full-time.
- Candidates currently in Texas or open to relocating to major U.S. states are highly preferred.
