🧭 We’re Hiring: Onboarding Specialist 🧭


Location: Fully Remote | 9 AM – 5 PM EST


Our client is a SaaS company that helps businesses onboard, manage, and support their users through streamlined workflows and intuitive platform tools. Their solutions enable teams to deliver smooth, efficient customer experiences driven by clear processes and strong operational support.

They’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through their initial setup, lead product walkthroughs, and ensure a fast, confident start on the platform. This is not a sales role, it’s a customer-focused position centered on education, support, and consistent execution. Full training is provided.


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead onboarding sessions via video and screen share.
  • Walk customers through setup, features, and best practices.
  • Follow structured SOPs to ensure consistent experiences.
  • Provide support via email, chat, or video during onboarding.
  • Document customer progress and maintain clean CRM notes.


What You Bring:

  • 1–3 years in onboarding, SaaS support, or customer education (preferred).
  • Clear and friendly communication skills, confident on video.
  • Ability to learn software quickly and explain it simply.
  • Strong adherence to SOPs and structured workflows.
  • Comfort navigating CRM tools and multiple systems.
