Job Title: Permanent Radiology Physician Recruiter

Location: [Remote / On-site / Hybrid] Office located in Manchester, NH

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Department: Physician Recruitment / Executive Search

Reports To: Director of Recruitment


About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Radiology Physician Recruiter to join our high-performing recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing top-tier radiology physicians into permanent leadership and executive positions across hospitals, health systems, and private practices nationwide.

This position requires a strong understanding of physician recruitment, particularly in radiology subspecialties (diagnostic, interventional, pediatric, neuroradiology, etc.), as well as experience managing complex executive search processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

  • Collaborate with healthcare organizations to understand their physician and executive staffing needs
  • Consult with clients on market conditions, candidate availability, compensation trends, and recruitment strategies

Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

  • Identify, contact, and engage highly qualified radiology physicians using a variety of sourcing methods (cold-calling, networking, databases, social media, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of executive-level radiology talent
  • Screen candidates for qualifications, licensure, cultural fit, and long-term alignment with client goals
  • Create and execute strategy to source new/upcoming Radiology graduates including Resident and Fellows
  • Create processes to help engage candidates requiring Visa sponsorship, find work opportunities through BT Health and expand client network with compatible hiring and onboarding capabilities

Search Process Management

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain regular communication with clients and candidates throughout the process
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines

Relationship Building

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with radiology professionals and healthcare organizations
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to expand professional reach and visibility (including national and sub-specialty radiology conferences)

Reporting & Metrics

  • Track recruitment metrics (placements, conversion rates, time-to-fill, etc.)
  • Provide regular reports and updates to leadership and clients


Qualifications:

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in physician recruitment, executive search, or healthcare staffing
  • Proven track record of successfully placing radiologists or healthcare executives in permanent roles
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and credentialing/licensing requirements

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting in the radiology subspecialty space
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or related field
