Job Description
Our client a technology company specializing in audio, imaging, and accessibility solutions for media like movies, TV, music, and gaming is hiring for a DevOps Engineer to join their team. This is an initial 6-month contract fully remote position. (They do prefer near New York or San Francisco)
As their DevOps Engineer you will be supporting our platform engineering team. This senior-level role demands a multi-cloud expert with profound Kubernetes knowledge to architect, implement, and optimize complex infrastructure across diverse cloud environments. The ideal candidate will drive our multi-cloud strategy, ensuring seamless container orchestration and deployment workflows.
Contract: 6-months (possibility of extension)

Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage multi-cloud infrastructure & Kubernetes environments
- Lead CI/CD & GitOps automation (ArgoCD, Flux, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Implement monitoring, observability & security best practices
- Drive disaster recovery, scalability & cloud cost optimization
- Mentor engineers and guide cloud-native strategy
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in DevOps / Platform / SRE
- 5+ years of production Kubernetes
- Strong experience across multiple cloud providers (mandatory)
- Expertise with Terraform, CI/CD, service mesh, and observability tools
