Product Marketing Manager (Contract) – Employee Experience (Remote, PST Hours)

Location: San Francisco, CA (Fully Remote)

Contract Length: Approx. Dec 15, 2025 – Aug 31, 2026 (extension unlikely)

Hours: Must work Pacific Time

You’ll join a forward-thinking Employee Experience (EX) innovation and marketing team within a global cloud technology organization. This group develops world-class talent experiences, creates equal opportunities, and drives innovation across the company’s employee-facing technologies. The team specializes in building product marketing strategies, demos, and narratives that showcase how AI-powered EX solutions elevate productivity and engagement.


About the Role

This ongoing contract role focuses on developing high-impact product marketing, executive-ready presentations, and compelling demos that highlight how the company’s Employee Success (ES) Agentforce solutions transform the workplace. You’ll work closely with leadership to craft messaging, support internal launches, prepare executives for external engagements, and build materials that inspire customers to reimagine their employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that demonstrates business outcomes of ES Agentforce solutions.
  • Tailor messaging for multiple audiences, including executives, HR leaders, and employee end-users.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with market trends and customer needs.

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy

  • Lead GTM planning for internal ES product launches.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Business Technology, and Customer Success teams.
  • Build and execute launch materials, presentations, and messaging frameworks.

Demo Development

  • Create, refine, and deliver high-impact demos that clearly articulate value.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering partners to maintain accuracy and improve narrative flow.
  • Write demo scripts that simplify complex concepts and highlight measurable business impact.

Customer Engagement Support

  • Support sales teams with executive briefings, customer presentations, and internal enablement.
  • Equip sales and CS teams with compelling narratives and materials for customer meetings.
  • Incorporate customer feedback to enhance product positioning.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Monitor industry trends in AI/automation and employee experience technology.
  • Translate competitive insights into refined messaging and product positioning.


Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

  • Expertise building executive-level presentations (Google Slides)
  • Strong product marketing and product messaging capabilities
  • Experience briefing executives for customer-facing engagements
  • Ability to develop demo scripts and narratives that highlight business impact


Preferred Skill Sets

  • Executive-ready storytelling
  • High-quality demo creation
  • Marketing messaging for B2B SaaS or AI-powered solutions


Professional Background

  • 8+ years experience in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Communications
  • SaaS or AI-driven technology experience strongly preferred
  • Experience influencing enterprise customers and C-suite stakeholders
  • Track record of driving measurable business outcomes through marketing initiatives
