As a senior data analyst on the Claims Control Transportation Network Carriers team (TNC), you’ll work independently and alongside other analysts to provide analytical support for our existing TNC external partners and our internal business partners. You’ll support both partnerships to understand data trends, factors driving specific results, key challenges, and be required to work with complex datasets to develop and maintain essential reporting. In this role, you’ll learn new business concepts and build relationships with existing partners. You’ll also develop subject-matter expertise, handle diverse work content, and interact with various business and process leaders in and outside of the Claims organization.

Must-have Qualifications
- A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL and R, Python, or SAS programming skills and the ability to create programs
- Intermediate skills in Power BI or Tableau software
- Knowledge of large data concepts, practices, and terminology
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office, with demonstrated skills in Excel – including the ability to create, manipulate, and formulate spreadsheets – including v-look-up, tables, charts, and graphing
- $79,200 - $105,600/year depending on position level and experience
- Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
