Multi Educação | Fully Remote | Based in India

Multi Educação is expanding its global technology and innovation team and is looking for an AI Specialist based in India to support our educational products, internal processes, and automation systems.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about artificial intelligence, automation, prompt engineering, AI-assisted workflows, and developing smart solutions for scalable operations.

You will collaborate directly with product, content, and operational teams in Brazil to implement AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency, improve educational content, and support internal decision-making.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. AI Tools Development & Automation

Build, customize, and maintain AI-powered tools to support internal teams.

Automate workflows across marketing, sales, content production, and operations.

Integrate APIs, LLMs, and third-party AI platforms into internal systems.


2. Prompt Engineering & Model Optimization

Create, refine, and test high-quality prompts for consistent and reliable outputs.

Develop reusable templates for educators, designers, commercial teams, and operations.

Evaluate AI model performance and propose improvements.


3. Data Processing & Insights

Assist in structuring and analyzing datasets to generate insights for decision-making.

Build dashboards, summaries, and automated reporting tools using AI resources.

Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevance.


4. Support for Educational Content & Product Innovation

Use AI to support the creation of educational materials, assessments, and interactive experiences.

Collaborate with product designers and pedagogical teams to integrate AI into the learning experience.

Research new AI tools and propose innovations for our EdTech ecosystem.


5. Documentation & Training

Document processes, flows, and tool usage clearly and professionally.

Train internal teams on how to use AI features efficiently.

Provide ongoing technical support for deployed solutions.



⭐ Preferred Qualifications (Strong Differentials)

Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Llama, etc.).

Strong background in Python, automation scripts, or API integrations.

Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow design.

Familiarity with EdTech, content generation, or educational products.

Experience with data analysis tools (Power BI, Sheets, Notion, or similar).

Portfolio or examples of AI-based projects are a big plus.


🔍 Required Qualifications

Must be based in India.

Proven experience working with AI tools, automation, or machine learning workflows.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work 100% remotely and manage time independently.

High attention to detail, organization, and documentation.
