Job Opportunities

  • Shift Timing: Morning shift, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM IST



About the Role:


We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with at least 2 years of experience in transforming data into meaningful insights, for one of our offshore client. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a solid understanding of ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.



Key Responsibilities:


Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.
  • Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).


ETL & Data Pipeline Support

  • Work with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.


Business Intelligence Development

  • Develop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.
  • Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.
  • Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.



Key Skills and Qualities:


  • B.Tech/B.E (or equivalent) and 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Version control experience (Git).
  • Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.
  • Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.
  • Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)
  • Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
