We are seeking an experienced and results-driven B2B Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of both in-person and virtual marketing events. This role is pivotal in driving brand visibility, generating high-quality leads, and creating meaningful engagement with clients, prospects, and industry partners. You will manage the full event lifecycle, from strategy and logistics to content development and performance analysis, ensuring each event delivers measurable impact. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the annual B2B event strategy, aligning with marketing, sales, and brand objectives across conferences, trade shows, executive events, virtual experiences, and bespoke client engagements.
- Oversee event planning and execution, including vendor management, booth design, registration, communications, collateral, and logistics.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams to identify opportunities that enhance brand awareness, drive pipeline growth, and strengthen client relationships.
- Manage speaker selection, content development, presentation preparation, and internal training for events and webinars.
- Lead the strategy, execution, and amplification of webinars and digital events, ensuring alignment with lead generation and engagement goals.
- Track and report event ROI, manage budgets, process contracts, and ensure timely reconciliation of expenses.
- 7+ years of B2B event management experience, preferably in benefits, SaaS, or healthcare sectors.
- Proven track record of planning and executing large-scale conferences, webinars, and executive events.
- Strong budget management and vendor negotiation skills, with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
